Biographical Sketch:
Jim Albrecht is a Professor of Economics at Georgetown University. He has a Masters in Statistics and a Ph.D. in Economics from UC Berkeley. He has taught courses in statistics, microeconomics, and labor economics at Georgetown. He has been a visiting professor at Stockholm University, the Free University of Amsterdam, Osaka University, and the University of Melbourne.
His research research focuses on equilibrium search and matching theory with applications to labor and housing markets.
